A year ago my mother got captivated by the DNA profiles on ancestry.com and she requested units for everybody. She got a pack for my father for his birthday, and afterward she had one sent to me for Christmas. Truth be told, I am 1% more British than she is!!
I without a doubt am more than ready to show my 61% Irish pride and have made this Jameson and Ginger in tribute to the entirety of my Irish precursors. I chose to stay with a customary mixed drink this year, not a green colored blend… yet it has a green shade to it and the lime wedge will shield you from getting squeezed. 😉

- 2 ounces ginger ale
- ice
- lime wheels to garnish
