This zucchini ricotta cheesecake is a scrumptious exquisite dish served either cold or from the stove. Attempt an exquisite cheesecake for a decent change from a frittata or low carb quiche for lunch or dinner. You may be charmingly shocked! In spite of the fact that the spouse will not call this a cheesecake since it has no bread base. I could call it a crustless exquisite pie and he would eat it joyfully without the back visit.
I use goats cheddar for this ricotta cheesecake however figure this would be similarly as decent with Feta cheddar as well. This has a long cooking and cooling time so is regularly an end of the week dish for us as I am inpatient for my nourishment and will get the instance of the "hangry" on the off chance that I have to pause.
This zucchini ricotta cheesecake is basically delectable warm yet serve it cold and the flavors appear to hit the dance floor with one another. I am actually torn between the most ideal approach to serve this ricotta cheesecake warm or cold. It is a dish that requires arranging!
