Ingredients

  • 250g biscuits packet plain biscuits (like Arnotts Marie)
  • 395g sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup (100g) desiccated coconut
  • 1/3 cup (45g) Milo powder
  • extra coconut to coat

Instructions
Conventional Method

  1. Crush the biscuits in a food processor until they resemble fine crumbs. Place into a large bowl. 
  2. Add the condensed milk, coconut and Milo powder and mix to combine. 
  3. Roll into heaped teaspoon-sized balls and coat in the extra coconut. 
  4. Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 5 days (or freeze). 

Thermomix Method

  1. Place the biscuits into the Thermomix bowl and crush on Speed 8, 10 seconds (or until they resemble fine crumbs). 
  2. Add the sweetened condensed milk, coconut and Milo and mix on Reverse, Speed 4, 20 seconds or until well combined. 
  3. Roll into heaped teaspoon-sized balls and coat in the extra coconut. 
  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days (or freeze).
