OATMEAL:

- 3 tbs Chia Seeds (or ¼ cup Ground Flaxseed)
- 12 packets Natural Sweetener (stevia, Truvia, etc.)
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1⅓ cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1⅓ cups Brewed Coffee (or Espresso, for a real caffeine kick!)
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
“FOAM” LAYER:
- Silk Sweet & Creamy Almond Creamer
CARAMEL OPTIONS:
- Homemade Caramel Sauce
- Homemade Date Caramel Sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large bowl, stir together the oats, chia seeds, sweetener and salt.
- Stir in the almond milk, coffee, and vanilla extract. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, drizzle on the creamer and caramel, to taste. Enjoy!
