CHOCOLATE COCONUT CHIA SEED BARS #healthy #snack

CHOCOLATE COCONUT CHIA SEED BARS #healthy #snack

These chocolate chia bars are too simple to make, you just need a couple of fixings and there is no heating or mixing required. Having a cluster of these bars concealed in the ice chest or cooler will keep desires under control and give an increase in all-common vitality and sustenance at whatever point you need it.

Chia seeds are one of my preferred fixings. I love making chia pudding, adding them to oats, smoothies and heating and utilizing them in a wide range of nibble plans!

Notwithstanding chia seeds, these scrumptious bars additionally contain oats, coconut and nutty spread, all which contribute a lot of carbs, protein and fat to fuel your busiest days and obviously, they all taste incredible!
